Project Description
The Claborn Residence is a stunning complete property transformation. An initial feasibility study was performed on the original three-season camp. Through this exercise, it was determined that a tear-down and rebuild would add the most value to the homeowners.
After a new construction architectural design was developed by the homeowner, who is also a licensed Architect, we were able to bring structure into its beautiful form. Wood materials were used in the framing and finishes to match the surrounding landscape. Large glazing elements and a screened porch expanded the views of the lake from every area of the home.
With coordination between the design team and the contractor, this lake home is one of a kind. As the homeowners put it, they now enjoy “watching the sun in-style.”
