Pre-Cast Concrete Plank

One residential feature that homeowners like to utilize is a garage over a finished basement space. In order to achieve this, the garage floor needs to be built with pre-cast concrete slabs. This creates a floor strong enough to hold the vehicles and a surface that is able to handle water damage. Team Engineering often uses Newstress, a concrete manufacturer, to provide us with specifications for the precast concrete planks. We incorporate these specifications into our projects with custom details. This makes it easy for the contractor to contact Newstress when construction begins and get a product with the correct details.
