WENTWORTH BY THE SEA – NEW PORCH

Partnering with Northpoint Construction Management, Team Engineering is excited to see the completed construction for this new porch addition at the Wentworth by the Sea Country Club building. The design is a fantastic addition to the existing building and adds additional outdoor space with magnificent views. Northpoint Construction came up with the initial architectural design, Team designed the structure, and Northpoint performed the construction.

Our structural design consisted of steel, engineered wood, and conventional framed members to support New England snow load   s and resist high wind loads from the seacoast. During construction, unexpected in-field conditions arose, where we had to engineer solutions on short notice. Nonetheless, Northpoint has done a magnificent job at the completed porch.
