We are proud that Northcape Design in Sunapee asked us to provide a structural engineering design for this stunning new residence on Lake Sunapee in Newbury. It’s another beautiful home designed by Northcape, and it presented some excellent structural challenges. There’s structural steel framing hidden throughout to accomplish a unique floor plan, including a spectacular common room view courtesy of the gabled glass wall.
