Moultonborough Lake Home

Last year we were approached by a friendly couple and their contractor to help design their new lake home in Moultonborough, NH. The existing plot of land had an old camp building which was not practical to salvage and constructing new was the goal.

One of the homeowners had previous experience as a Registered Architect and submitted an impressive architectural design to kick things off. Team Engineering went to work and designed the structure for this amazing home and it has since been under construction. The framing required some unique features including shoreland permitting, steel moment frames, and foundations coinciding with bedrock. While construction is set to be completed in early 2022, you can compare the hand-drawn elevation concepts to the real thing!
