Gilman Point Project

On a recent trip to Moultonborough, I had the opportunity to stop by and see the progress of a residential project we helped to design this summer. This project is one of our many collaborations with Rourke Fine Home Building which continues to be a great partnership. We provided structural engineering services on this project which had several tricky elements. We needed several steel beams to achieve the vaulted great room and open concept first floor.  The final results are spectacular, and we are thrilled to see it come to life!
