Little Lake Sunapee House

Our friends at Northcape Design asked us to provide structural plans for this terrific new home on the shore of Little Lake Sunapee. We prepared our design over the summer and construction is well underway. We visited the build to check out the progress and talk with the crew about what they liked on our plans and what we could improve. So far, so good!
