Warehouse Construction Update #4

Check out the construction progress of the warehouse/fulfillment center for which we are architects and structural engineers of record.

Photo 1-The main entrance is coming together. One of the most important features – the sign – is in!

Photo 2-Exterior loading dock concrete slabs recently constructed. Dock levelers will soon be installed to make a nice transition between truck and inside floor. There are 19 total loading docks, including one at-grade drive-thru dock.

Photo 3-All hands are on deck for the office and utility room construction. Cold-formed steel structure, drywall, mechanical, electrical, and fire sprinkler construction are underway.
