Project Description

Team Engineering got involved in this car dealership renovation project to provide electrical and structural design services. Interior renovations required updating light fixtures in the showroom and customer lounge area. New power and data circuits were added to power TVs, marketing screens, and customer workstations. Several new interior and exterior brand signs also required power for lighting.

Our structural design was focused on creating a connection point to mount the new exterior signage. We had to carefully study the existing wall assembly and coordinate installation requirements with the sign vendor to ensure proper support.

This project was able to make a big impression at a modest cost. Our involvement in this project showcases our ability to understand existing buildings and provide simple and cost-effective solutions for renovations.
