Project Spotlight: Bernie and Phyl’s new location

Team Engineering is proud to have recently provided structural engineering design support for Bernie and Phyl’s newest location in Newington, NH.

We worked for Northpoint Construction Management, who was the general contractor responsible for renovating the building that was originally built as an ice rink. We designed the foundation, shaft and infill floor framing for a new two-stop elevator. We also designed modifications to the existing steel bracing that was in the way of a new furniture showroom. The transformation of the building was impressive – congratulations to the entire design-build team!
