Fun Day and Networking Events

Team Engineering has had an eventful month for team outings and networking events. We had a great time exploring the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston at our Quarter 2 fun day! We spent the morning wandering around the museum, with some favorites including the Egyptian exhibit and the Japanese Garden. After the museum we headed to lunch at The Q for a delicious hot pot meal. Then we wrapped up the day with some ice cream at Fanueil Hall. The next week, a few members of Team had a day of sailing on Lake Winnipesaukee for an extra little summer fun day! While we didn’t have much sun or wind we still had a great time!

Team has also recently attended two American Institute of Architects (AIA) events. The first was a tour of a Pella warehouse and the second was a young professional’s game night. The Pella event gave us a great opportunity to learn more about all of the window types they offer and what details to use for them. Team’s competitive spirit came out at game night, winning both the networking bingo and the Architecture/Engineering/Contracting trivia!
