Enscape Renderings

Team Engineering is excited to share that we have increased our capabilities in 3D rendering using Enscape. We have previously offered exterior architectural renderings that we produced using Revit. We had selectively offered Enscape for large-scale architectural projects up to this point. Having, however, recently added our new hire, William Fitzpatrick, we are now able to offer Enscape services more widely. Enscape produces high-quality and realistic 3D renderings, allowing the client to visualize what the building will look like—helping to ensure that plans are as wanted, minimizing change orders later on, and keeping the construction process moving smoothly.

Examples of projects that have utilized Enscape are the Desmarais and the Blagriff residences. The Desmarais residence is a new-construction single-family home, a modern farmhouse-style home. The Blagriff residence is a garage addition with a master bedroom on the second floor. Both renderings helped the homeowners narrow down what they did and did not like in their homes and progress them into their dream homes.
