Lexington Eye Plumbing Design

Early this summer, we had two great opportunities to work alongside All-Pro Plumbing and Heating and Northpoint Construction Management to design the plumbing at new Lexington Eye facilities in Massachusetts. Both facilities required new plumbing renovations in existing commercial buildings. Great communication and a skilled team made this project a breeze to work on. Team Engineering was able to produce a fully three-dimensional plumbing model (see sample image) including accurate pipe size, elevation, and slope to make installation clear and simple. Our in-house three-dimensional modeling capabilities allow us to confirm pipe elevations and review potential coordination issues that may otherwise be missed. We love working closely with contractors to ensure our design are not only functional, but also cost effective and easy to install.
