I can't speak highly enough of Brian Hansen. His work is exemplary, but not only that, he helped me with a totally unrelated issue I was having with a roof installation. It was totally above and beyond his obligations and he saved me possible future damage to my home and money. Most importantly, he did this without asking for anything in return which, in this day and age, is almost unheard of. He renewed my faith in humanity and I will never be able to thank him enough.

John Turner performed our inspection (our 3rd with Team Engineering) last month. He spent many hours with me, answering every last question I had. In the end, I received a detailed report about the house that identified the big issues as well as smaller issues, clearly labeled by priority in the "maintenance plan" section. It may seem like overkill for an engineer to perform a routine home inspection, but I definitely received my peace of mind with Josh. I can trust his work, knowing that he won't blow minor issues out of proportion or overlook a serious issue. The entire Team Engineering team is fantastic. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. A+

It's hard to put into words how grateful and fortunate we are to have Brian Hansen, Project Manager, of Team Engineering working with us for well over a year now dealing with a home renovation project that has many major problems. Step by step in this long process Mr. Hansen has been at our sides providing the professional backing from reports and documentations to several meetings with attorneys, insurance adjusters, contractors and architects.Mr. Hansen tops the charts in every aspect you'd expect to find in a great review. He's professional, knowledgeable, competent, thorough and always available when you need him. What really brought us to wanting others to know of our experiences working with Mr. Hansen was the way he has taken not only a professional interest but a sincere personal interest in the proper resolution of our problems. The past two years our family, with three children under the ages of ten, has had no choice but to live our home that is unfinished and has been deemed by several professionals to have major structural deficiencies. The physical issues, financial hardship and unknowns have pushed our family to the limits. After dealing with many dead ends, deflections and lies looking for help, Mr. Hansen restored our faith that there are genuine honest people that understand our problems and willing to help.At the beginning of our relationship with Mr. Hansen he said to us, "I will do whatever I can to help". Now well over a year later I can say he has, he continues to and Brian Hansen is a truly amazing person.

I've called and spoken with Brian Hansen twice this summer in regards to the sale of my house and a couple of questions that arose during 2 showings.Luckily, I built my house and had the construction documents for one of the questions. But, even with those documents, the buyers house inspector was still questioning the construction of my garage.Brian was great in reassuring me that since I had the documents that showed I had built to the required construction codes, to stand my ground. He followed up by letting me know if I needed him to come out and do a site review he would gladly do so. In regards to the other issue, after discussing it with Brian, he confirmed my plan to fix the problem was the way to go.My thanks go out to Brian for his time, reassurance and his open invitation to call him if I need to do so in the future. I will recommend him anytime I know someone who needs a residential engineer.Sincerely, Vicky from NH

Team Engineering is awesome! We recently hired them to do an inspection on a 266 year old house for us. John and his team were very helpful, extremely professional, and went above and beyond when things came up and we needed something extra. John spent four hours with us going over ever nook and cranny while explaining everything in great detail and in a language a non engineer like me could understand lol. John has a great skill in making you feel involved and like you aren't asking silly questions. If you're in need of an awesome engineering team, Team Engineering is the place to go!
